Shipping Policy

All shipments above  Rs 599 within India are free of charge. Orders below Rs 599 would have a delivery charge of Rs 100

  • All goods are shipped by reputed couriers. (Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecome , DTDC and with Speed Post for remote locations) We require 48 hours to ship your order (90% of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours) and another 1-3 days are required for transit depending on the location. Bulky and hazardous products cannot be shipped by air and will be sent by surface and will have a transit time of 1-6 days depending on the location.
  • We require a complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number.
  • We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

Cash On Delivery (COD) orders:

COD orders can be fulfilled only for limited locations. We will get in touch with you if your location is not under the COD service area.

Delivery

Our warehouse system determines what carrier is most efficient for your delivery based upon several factors including merchandise ordered and delivery address. All orders can be tracked, while in transit; when your order ships, your confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number and shipping information.

Please note that your order might be fulfilled / shipped from more than one location based on its availability and therefore you might receive your order in batches usually within a gap of 2-3 days.  Out of stock items:

All efforts will be made so that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.
